I am a good guy so I followed the instruction, then I submit a request (request no. SIR1057079). In the instruction it reads "A Microsoft customer service representative will then contact you via email within 24 hours to provide a status update", but produced no response till now. Two days later I filled another "account recovery request" (issue no. 38832901), which may not be the proper form for me but in the email it says "i can take up to 24 hours for us to get back to you", same ending.
I know there is COVID-19, which may cause "some delay", but during these days, as I read the forum, I found people having same problem for months, like

Don't know how they are going. So I am wondering, will there ever be a response? If the information I provided is not enough, they should at least tell me. And there's nowhere to check the status of the ticket... then why bother give me one?
I expose some of my information, just hope you Microsoft staff could help me. I am not so worried about my privacy because if this cannot be solved, these are no longer my properties. Things are in the worst situation, it cannot be worse.
