Microsoft 365 and Office

I have an employee whose password I had to reset. When she tried to login, it directed her to the authenticator app, which was not yet set up. She tried to sign up for the app and it told her she needed to confirm the numbers, but it didn't provide any numbers. She does not have the option of logging in via call or text. It says that she can login via a QR code that comes from our organization. Can anyone provide guidance on how to create a QR code for the authenticator app?

We haven't made any changes to our SharePoint online and this morning our top navigation menu is being hidden. The links are still there, but the formatting and display is not working properly. Does this have something to do with a recent update that Microsoft has implemented? Any one else having this issue?

Hi,I am using Microsoft 365. When creating a line with marker chart the data range include #N/A values by design. I do not want to plot the #N/A values as zero so I change the settings as shown in the attached picture. The problem is that it does not work, the chart continues to plot the #N/A as zero. How can I fix this?

I have just tried MANY times to verify my student email, only for the verification link that Microsoft emails me taking me to the Microsoft shop EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don’t know why I’ve received a link for the Microsoft product store when it was supposed to be a link to verify my student email. This is incredibly frustrating. I am finding that changes I make to files on OneDrive are being replicated to earlier backed-up versions of the file (to versions that pre-date the changes).Today is 4/23. A shared file got jacked up and to fix it I pulled a backed-up version from 4/15, only to find that the same problems I was trying to fix were evident in this earlier 4/15 version (in the interim I also reviewed versions from 4/21 and 4/19, with same results). How do I sync a shared folder in OneDrive to File Explorer? There is no longer a sync button. Was there a recent update? The folder was previously accessible via my File Explorer and is no longer there. I still have access to the shared folder via the online url. I can add a shortcut to My Files, but that only adds a shortcut to the online url. I am currently on Windows 11.

I'm creating an evaluation in Forms using a quiz template. I work with several students who are each assigned to a different department. I want a multiple-choice option after students enter their first and last name, so Q3, for them to choose from and then be directed to the corresponding questions, which I've separated into individual sections depending on department. The branching option I've found in the template doesn't allow me to connect all the sections to a choice.

I want to run a competition online using a web based application form to collect user applications, which are then displayed via an EXCEL spreadsheet, which is contained in a Teams 'SharePoint.
