Hi! So I have a table with names, and then some KPI numbers, and I use simple multiplication formula to get salaries of these people. I need to get data from this column (salaries) and put it in another column in the same sheet. It’s another table with same names, and I want to sort them in descending order. (From the biggest salarie to the smallest one, and the order of the names in the column to the left also has to change) I have tried Ctrl C+ CtrlV - it doesn’t work, shows error consolidation doesn’t work since it’s the same sheet. I would like to use the show tags button from the home ribbon but when I press it the tags pane does not appear. My OneNote does flash when I hit the button like it is trying to do something but the panel does not appear. I have tried each of the views with the same result. its making all my tags worthless since I cannot access them.

I want to highlight an entire column based on if a cell which isnt in the column is between the ranges of 51.8 and 137.8 . I have tried using "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" and using the code =AND(F97<137.8,F97>51.8) But this results in the column remaining unhighlighted, even though the value in cell F97 is 132 . The only code which works is =F97<137.8 but this only leaves some of the cells in the column also unhighlighted, and I cannot seem to see the correlation between the highlighted and unhighlighted cells. Hi. I had some folders shared from different users in my OneDrive account. I had added the folders to my OneDrive with Add Shortcut to OneDrive button from Shared folders in cloud. The account is logged into a windows pc and every files including the folders shared with my were syncing fine until yesterday. Yesterday night the shared folders were completely removed from the Windows pc and folders are replaced with internet shortcut. This is such a big mess. I have tried unlinking the account and linking it back, changing the location of OneDrive on my windows pc and tried to get a new folder

I have a MS 365 Family Plan subsription. For years, I have relied on Acronis True Image to backup my computer because it was easy to recover files accidentally deleted, even years later. Now I realize that Acronis is no longer backing up any of the files in my Documents folder because I enabled OneDrive, not fully understanding that it would snatch all my files and send them to the cloud. Acronis won't back up files/folders that are stored in the cloud. Why is Microsoft forcing Copilot on us. I have managed to disable it in office 365 (curiously you have cancel your subscription and then will be offered 365 Classic, cheaper than the copilot version) but you can't get rid of this intrusive app on your phone/tablet or Web apps. Come on Microsoft give us the choice to use or not use Copilot (Clippy Mk2) when WE want to and not force us to use it.I didn't ask for it, I don't want it (especially as my subscription was sneakily increased to include it), I don't need it.
