Microsoft 365 and Office

On a Mac and in Word Version 16.96.1, I have followed all the instructions for showing all Reviewing markups, but the document does not show insertions and deletions. It only shows comments. I have been using Publisher in Microsoft 365 Office. Will I still be able to use it without support?

My Excel doesn't give me an option to customize my keyboard shortcuts. Do you know how I can do this? Were it should say Keyboard Shortcuts under the customize ribbon, mine doesnt give me this option.

I can not open another excel file when I have one open (clicking on new) ... just get the rainbow ball and have to force quit the application

User has full control and manage hierarchy permissions. They don't see the "new" option to add users in the /_layouts/15/user.aspx page. Why not?

I am attempting to use Office Scripts in Excel and Word (Microsoft Office 365 home and personal running on Windows 10). In Excel Options > Customize Ribbon, I have the "Automate" option checked. But in the ribbon itself, I don't see the "Automate" tab (I do see the "Developer" tab). I am using the app (and prefer to use the app), but for completeness I don't see the "Automate" tab in the web version, either.Has anybody solved this problem? Thank you!

so till this afternoon everything was working fine until all my documents went to a read only or view only mode and I am not able to make any edits to any type of document. I am not sure why this happened. I have checked the my subscription is renewed successfully as well as there is a lot of storage space in the account. This is happening to all documents in the account private and shared. Can someone please help me understand what is happening here are how can I go about fixing this error?

Split from this thread. I wanted to chime in that I am experiencing the same issue, even after trying the suggestions stated here. I did notice that Designer works in the browser version of PowerPoint, so if anyone is in a bind having created part of their presentation with Designer and the desktop app no longer works, go to your file in OneDrive online (or SharePoint, etc), and open it in browser to get to the Designer.

Using SharePoint Issue tracker and setup to have alerts sent to selected team members when changes are made immediately. Because of the frequency of the emails being sent, deleted the "alert" and created a new one for email to be sent daily at 6am.However, alert did not take, and notifications are still being sent after every change. I deleted the alert again, rebooted Teams, SharePoint site and rebooted PC. once rebooted and opened SharePoint site, alert was still deleted, but notifications were still being sent.Please advise??ThanksJim
