unable to sign in to the MS Teams app on my iPhone IOS 15.0

Hello,

I am unable to sign in to the MS Teams app on my iPhone (ios 15.0 & 14.4), I get ‘sign in error.
'Your license doesn’t include access to Microsoft teams’.

This worked fine previously! I continue to have access to Teams on my Mac.
Kindly help to fix this.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. You may try clearing the Teams cache on your iOS device. Go to Settings > find Teams. Click it then select 'Clear App data'.

Afterward, open the Teams app again or try uninstalling then reinstall and restart your device.

Thanks for guiding steps! But it didn’t resolve the problem. I am still not able to login on my iPhone and get the same message.

Kindly help with other steps to resolve.

Sorry to hear it didn't help, Harsha. May I know if you've tried accessing your account using an Android device? Also, if it's an Office 365 account, I suggest contacting your IT admin to verify if there have been some changes made in using an iOS device to access your account.

Alternatively, if you see the option 'Get Help with signing in' try clicking that to see if you'd get the 'Report an issue' tab so you could report it to Teams and they could investigate the matter.
