Office 365 Add-in Store is not working

When using Word or PowerPoint and use the funtion Get Ad-ins and it take to Office Add-ins - STORE and got error

Sorry, Office 365  has been configured to prevent individual acquisition of Office Add-ins.

Please help to allow use Add-in from Micrososoft Store

Hi Vinh,

Based on your description, you received the message about “"Sorry, Office 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition of Office Add-ins." when you try to get add-ins from Microsoft store. 
The reason may could be the global admin of your organization tenant account block user to access Office store. I found a thread which is the similar problem with you, and hope it can help you. 
If you have the admin permission, you can refer to this similar thread about Office Add-ins prevented by 365 which it has detail information to change the setting, in the Office 365 portal Admin center > Settings > Services & Add-ins > user owned apps & services >check box to Let user access the Office Store.
 
If this problem still exists, please provide the following information:
1. Your Office version(open an Office application>File>Account>About Word) and Windows version(open file explorer>find This PC>right-click and choose Properties)
2. Does this problem occur in other Office applications? Like Excel?
