Please sign in to Office 365 portal with your work or school account and then access this
link, check if you have the option to install Office 2016.
If you still can’t see the installation link, please access the Subscription page and see if you have
license for "The latest desktop version of Office". To check this,
sign in to Office 365 portal, click on
settings (gear icon on top right), under “Your app settings”, click
Office 365 > Subscriptions. You can also access this page via this
link.
If you don't see "The latest desktop version of Office" in the list,
this mean you don't have a license for Office desktop applications, you can only access them online.
