Since a couple of days ago, I've occasionally having a Sign-in screen like the one below pop up. This time it was in Word; before it's happened in Excel. I can be working in either, when this pops up. This time it happened when I went to insert a table in a Word doc.

When I type my O365 email address, I get the following screen:

When I enter my password, I get this:
