Why did my Office 365 subscription got DEACTIVATED before expiration date?

Hi,

I was wondering if someone from the Microsoft team would read this question and give me a definite response. I purchased an Office 365 subscription which expires on the 8th of August 2020 (no timestamp) but, was shocked to have this already deactivated as at the time of this note (22:54 UK Time). I was in the middle of applying for a job application which expires by midnight TODAY. I am not able to complete my job application process due to inability to use "Word". I am so frustrated right now.

Can someone please point me in the right direction to make my concerns heard. Thanks.

We are users here like yourself so you will not get a Microsoft response.

Did you buy the subscription online or from the Store. Microsoft Store support is via a link at the bottom of this forum and they may be able to help in either instance.

If you did buy from the Store does your account purchased items in the Store match the date of 8th Aug. Did you try signing out and in again or restarting the computer using Start > Power > Restart.
