Dear Charbel TheBoss
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Thanks for your feedback, I understand that you are having trouble on verify and sign in to your Microsoft account.
1.Use a Different Verification Method:
If you have an alternative verification method set up, such as a secondary email address or security questions, try using that method instead.
2.Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve these issues. After clearing them, try the verification process again.
Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
3.Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode:
There might be an issue with your browser. Try using the Edge browser then opening an incognito/private browsing window and attempt the process again.
4.Check the Phone Number:
Ensure that the phone number you are trying to use isn't already associated with another account. Some services do not allow a phone number to be linked to multiple accounts.
5. Update your account verification method
If you still know the password of your account and can access the account, you can update your security information by logging in to this link: https://account.live.com/proofs/marklost
However, please note that since you no longer have access to your current security information, it will take 30 days for the update to take effect. This is for the security and privacy purposes of the account. The 30 days gives time for the request to be cancelled if it was requested by an unauthorized person instead. You can visit this link for more information about this: “Your security info change is still pending” or “You can’t access this site right now” Microsoft account message - Microsoft Support
After 30 days, your security information will be updated.
If none of the above solves your problem, you may need to fill out an account recovery form.To access the account recovery form, click here: Recover Your Account (live.com) I suggest that you take your time to provide the necessary information, as this is critical to recovering the account.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
