Excel upside down and backwards after upgrade to Catalina

Hi Steve,

Same issue after an upgrade to Catalina.  I worked out the scroll fix myself BUT - it doesn't work all sheets. I have sheets that now resemble Russian language sheets - everything is backwards and upside down.

I am using Office365 Subscription so the version isn't an issue.

Any suggestions other than the scrolling technique?

Hi

This is a common problem with a simple cause and easy solution.

The cause: You installed Catalina before you installed Office updates

The cure: Microsoft has a free update tool to take care of this for you. You can't use AutoUpdate from within your applications.

Download, install and then run the latest version of AutoUpdate to update Office.
