Windows 10 network file sharing

Windows 10 network file sharing betwen computers with windows 10 is not working anyone have a advice?

I had this same issue on one PC.

PC 1 Installed 10074 on a virtual machine and could access all network shares without any problems straight out of the box.

PC 2 dual boot installed on PC hard drive.  Installed all updates, and couldn't access any share on the network.  I could however see the Win 10 machine from other PCs on the network.  Reinstalled Win 10 Preview 10074 without any of the updates and I can now access all network shares.  

I am uncertain which one would have caused the issue.  But fresh install without updates has fixed the issue for me.
