86% Memory Usage - Large Non-Paged Memory Pool

OK guys, so basically windows 10 is using up 86% of my 8GB ram with just chrome opened up. I looked at the task manager and i saw that the non-paged pool is 4.1GB so how can i make the non-paged pool smaller so I can actually play my games without them lagging and crashing.

It's ok thanks for the help, but I fixed it. It turns out my Intel graphics driver was using all the non-paged memory so i disabled it and now the non paged pool is 108MB!
