xp mode for Windows 10

I just installed Windows 10 and am participating in the Technical Preview. Can I install XP mode and virtual PC using the new Windows 10? If so how and where can I do this. Also can hardware drivers be installed under xp mode?

As noted, there is no Windows XP mode for Windows 10, but if you have your own Windows XP license, you can set it up in Hyper-V if your machine supports it or Oracle Virtualbox:
