hi there, I am Windows insider but still not able to use Your Phone app in windows 10 any help?

To further investigate on this issue, may we know what happens when you try to open the Your Phone app on your device? Do you get any error messages? If yes, what is the exact error message? Also, please send us a screenshot to have a better understanding of the issue.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. Let's check if the same issue also happens in another user profile. Refer to this article on how to create a new user profile. If the issue doesn't happen in the new user profile, it is possible that your previous user profile is corrupted.

Seriously!!! This is the answer you give?? No that doesn't help. The Your Phone app hasn't worked past the screenshot posted above since MS announced it in the screen (and yes, I did create a new profile to test your theory out). It's irritating that you guys announce this app and then don't respond in the feedback hub (or anywhere else that I have seen) when people ask what's up with it. So, since at least you gave a response here I'll ask it now: What's up with this app and why isn't it working yet?

From the screenshot it seems that you do not have the latest version of the app installed on your machine. Go to the store and make sure the latest app updates are installed then try to go through the set-up experience. If you still cannot get it to work go through the troubleshooting steps detailed here and let us know if you're still hitting issues.

From the screenshot it seems that you do not have the latest version of the app installed on your machine. Go to the store and make sure the latest app updates are installed then try to go through the set-up experience. If you still cannot get it to work go through the troubleshooting steps detailed here and let us know if you're still hitting issues.

I did at the time, and updated to the latest available earlier today with the same results. I am signed in. Have been signed in. Have deleted and reestablished the connection. Reset my phone's app preferences. Nothing matters.

You have to install the Microsoft Apps app on your phone and then there should be setup options at the top when you open the app

You also have to go to Settings, Notifications, on your phone and make sure you are set to receive notifications on the Microsoft Apps app.

If this doesn't work go to the troubleshooting - link under Analy [MSFT]  post

I can't see that you have said what version of Windows 10 you are running or if you have and android or iPhone you are trying to connect.

I never had any luck getting this to work using the phone app under the Settings in older versions of windows. All it seemed to do was set me up for Microsoft Edge on my phone.

The instructions I gave are using one of the latest builds of insiders either 17744 or I think 17741 also had it or Skip Ahead 18219 and using the Your Phone app that is right at the bottom of the list of All Apps when you bring up the start screen and I am using an android phone.

You also have to be signed into your Microsoft Account on both your PC and phone. 

The troubleshooting tips is where I found that I didn't have notifications from the Microsoft App enabled and then it started working.

I am running 17741 and using a Samsung S8 plus. I have checked everything you suggest multiple times.
