Windows will NOT start up even in safe mode after fresh install of windows 7. Please help me.

Two days ago I was watching a video (offline) via Divx when my Toshiba A305-S6898 laptop when the audio started to get fuzzy and video started to lag.   I closed divx and everything seemed fine, I figured it was just too hot or something so I shut it down for awhile.

When I went to restart it, windows would not load. It would get to the "starting windows" screen and no further.  I tried to open it in safe mode and it would freeze.    I then used the vista install disk to fix the start up and it failed.  It said "windows as found a prob that can not be repaired" (Details below).

I then attempted to restore windows using the set portion of my hard drive.  It failed at the same "starting windows" screen.  I then used the system recovery disk and it also failed.

I then ran a disk check and a memory diagnostics and both where fine. No errors where found.

After it found no errors I purchased Windows 7 hmPrem X64 and did a complete install.   It install OK, But it does the same thing.  It gets to the "starting windows" screen and will not go any further.

I then used the windows 7 disk to "repair windows" and did another start up repair.   Once again it said the same thing "Windows found a prob that can not be repaired"  Here is the error report"

Prob event name: startuprepairoffline

prob signature #1: 61.7600.16385

prob signature #2: 61.7600.16385

Prob signature #3: Unknown

Prob Signature #4: 477

Prob Signature #5: Externalmedia

Prob Signature #6: 1

Prob signature #7: Failure during setup

OS version: 61.7600.2.0.0.256.1

Locale ID: 1033

Ive tried to reinstall windows 7 three times now, format my hard drive, rand disk check and memory diagnostics tools three times, and did the start up repair many times.   I don't know what else to do.

Please help.
