Hi Daniel,
There might have been some corrupted system files during the installation of the update that could have cause this. Let's work around with this. Press Window key + S and type Command Prompt. Right-click the result and select Run as administrator. Type: bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu yes and press Enter. Restart your device afterwards.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi John,
It doesn't work. After bcdedit command, it shows menu with "windows 10" only. This menu is not the same as original OS switcher between Android and Windows. Thanks.
regards,
daniel lam

I am searching for workaround as well - same situation, same symptoms ..
And solution you have came up, haven't solve the issue. No other OS can be chosen from, but Windows 10.
Still I think this is issue of manufacturer, their boot record seems to be corrupted after installing Creators update.
Thanks.

Hi,
You may be right. If all these workarounds will not solve the issue, reinstalling the Android OS may be the last resort. It will be best to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
Best regards.

Goran's zip file in this thread fixed it for me:
https://techtablets.com/forum/topic/tbook-16-power-no-os-selection-screen-on-boot/
Unzip it, run the exe then just check enable when the program starts. When you reboot the tablet (via the power button), your OS selection screen should appear.
