Hi Miikka, I don't know if I'm a typical helpee but I have doing computers for 20+ yrs but I have difficulty even getting back to my question let alone harvest helpful replies. In other words navigating this site which is so desperately sought out. I'm told to do an dianostic program, save it to OneDrive and link it back to this site for the helper. I don't know how to do all that. When I highlite a report to include it in a REPLY, there's a 60,000 limit so I can't do that. Hopefully this will make it possible to help those like me....thanks.....Dan Knott
