Hi LauraGilkes,
I suggest that you link your accoutns to manage both without logging out of one.
To link your Microsoft accounts, please follow the steps:
- Log in to https://account.live.com/Permissions
- Click on Manage linked accounts.
- Select Add linked account.
- Enter the Microsoft account you want to link and password.
- Click Link.
Note: Once linked, you can use one email and password only in logging in to manage multiple accounts. To toggle between accounts,
just click on the drop down button beside your name.
Thanks,
Maribel

Login to one account in Internet Explorer.
Alt + F, new session
Go to http://www.outlook.com and login with the other account.
Now you are logged in to both accounts.
If you have two different browsers, you can login to a different account with each browser.
