iPhone sync

Recently purchased HP with Win 7. Have not been able to sync my iPhone. Love Win 7 but hate that it keeps telling me that my iPhone is no longer recognized even when I put in the correct info.

Hi jimmytky,

Method 1.
If you're unable to connect your Apple iPhone to your computer, check to make sure your phone is not locked with a passcode. If it is, unplug the iPhone from your computer, enter your passcode on the phone, and then plug the phone back into a USB port on your computer.
Windows should now recognize the device, allowing you to perform tasks such as transferring photos, music, and other files between your iPhone and your computer.
