System slow-down after windows 10 feature update 1803

If that doesn't help I would suggest to 

Rollback Windows
In order to rid yourself of these issues and return to your previous stable build it is recommended that you RollBack to your previous version of Windows. To do this please follow these steps

"Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Recovery > under Go back to my previous version of Windows 10, click Get started. 

or 

Press Control + Alt + Delete 
Click Sign out 

At the Sign In screen, hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen 
Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart 
Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears 

Click Troubleshoot 

Click Advanced options 

Click Go back to the previous version of Windows"

NOTE: when using recovery options be sure to watch for and select options to "keep your personal files and folders" that way you will preserve your important data

1. Run Built-in & Guided Walk through Windows Update troubleshooter
Built-in : Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Click Windows Update > Click Run the Troubleshooter

2. Run through Windows 10 Performance and Install Integrity Checklist by Greg Carmack, MVP to make sure that your Windows installation is rightly set up and optimized. Take all recommended steps outlined there to have best experience -

3. Last option - I would recommend that you should consider rolling back 1803 to 1709 and defer it from happening as there seem to be issues. Try to install this after a month or two when more cum packs are released stabilizing 1803 further. (Roll back can be done only if you were upgraded during last 10 days i.e. you are within 10 days roll back window)

Roll Back - Windows Key+I > Update & security > Recovery > Under Go back to previous version of Windows 10, Get Started > Follow onscreen directions

Thanks for the reply guys, now I have a much bigger problem from the 1803 update-- no internet.  I will be happy if I can simply fix the internet problem now.
