PhotoScape X Pro Download link

Very, very frustrated with Microsoft Customer Service and support.  I purchased PhotoScape X Pro, 2 weeks ago.  I immediately received order confirmation,  and my account charged, but I'm unable to download and unable to get support help.  PhotoScape X Pro doesn't even show up on their products list to request help on!

I have spent more than a week,  going from one Microsoft support site to another to get assistance.  I've even spent time with an out of country support person, who didn't seem to understand my issue, and kept putting me on hold.  I've been a Microsoft customer for decades; I just want to download my purchase.   If Microsoft reads these requests, please Help!  Thanks....

Could you open the Microsoft Store app from the start menu, ensure you are logged in with the same account you made the purchase on, click the ‘...’ button at the top right, select My Library. You should see the app in the list displayed, which will allow you to download it.

Good morning, Elise...   Thank you, so very much!  Five minutes after reading your instructions, I had the PhotoScape X Pro installed and running on my PC.  I knew it had to be something as easy as finding the download; it blows me away that I had to spend so much time going through all the Microsoft "assistant?" guesses as to what I was asking...   But, I'm not one to keep looking in the rearview mirror.  It's up & running and I couldn't be happier!!  You have my complete appreciation & respect as a "problem solver!"  It's unclear whether you are employed by Microsoft; but, if not, you should be!!  <3   This retired Customer Service Instructor gives you an A+++.
