Microsoft verification Puzzle not working!!!

EXTREMELY frustrated with this puzzle. I CANNOT send an e-mail unless I pass the verification but I think it's bugged or unnecessarily hard or SOMETHING is wrong with it.  

It says to "verify your account to help us stop spammers". The puzzle is the one where you have to identify matching pictures on the top of dice out of 6 images, 5 times in a row. I can do it in about 10 seconds and it says I'm not fast enough?!?!? The one time that I seemed to do it fast enough, it just prompted me to redo the whole thing again????? I've done it about 30 times in a row and it's extremely frustrating. I'm pretty sure something is wrong, please fix it!!!

Edit: The verification puzzle has seemed to have gone away and I can send e-mails again. Thank god.  Please fix the bugged verification system though, I don't want to have to encounter that again.

Same problem here.

I'm trying to verify my email. Each time a pair of blue and yellow dice appear to ask me to choose the same pattern.I tried many times and each time I was asked to do 10 validations and each time I was told that I was operating overtime. I'm sure if there was an e-sports contest on this validation, I would win.

please fix it.

Still cannot send emails cause of this ridiculous bug that still hasn't been fixed. No wonder everyone uses Gmail. Very poor effort Microsoft, your software doesn't work.

I've tried 10+ times to figure out this stupid mouse game, but it goes too fast for me to pass it.  There HAS to be another way to verify me.  Anyone know of one? I can't seem to find the answer.

I've tried 10+ times to figure out this stupid mouse game, but it goes too fast for me to pass it.  There HAS to be another way to verify me.  Anyone know of one? I can't seem to find the answer. 

Press the accessibility button in the bottom right of the game, then you can listen to a sequence of characters and enter them to verify your account instead. This is the only way I could get round this issue.

I ended up just having my kid do it, he's a gamer, he finally got thru after numerous times. Mostly because he was so frustrated that it took him so long, he wouldn't give up.  LOL 🤦‍♀️

And those MS zombies do not even reply or fix their SICK game. It is too small to see the mouse and cheese while the squares are full of shadows. Pure insanity from their side.

This is REALLY aggravating. You can't even see the images, there are six of them and then you're timed on top of it. The GMAT isn't this hard. After several tries, I went back to Gmail.

Absolute joke. I appreciate the need for verification with a new email address but this is beyond impractical. The mouse game is the most ridiculous form of verification I've ever seen. I answer the first 5/5 and then suddenly it is 5/10 ... and then when I get to the end "Yikes! You weren't fast enough!" I'm not sure who should be more embarrassed - me for not being able to beat a game designed to catch robots or Microsoft for creating this bizarre set-up in the first place!

Not only is about 10 seconds for 6 puzzles too slow, obviously good answers are rejected. I was planning to move from Google to Microsoft 365, but I could not even send a single test e-mail because of this. Will not migrate, this is ridiculous.
