I would like to ask is it normal when you open Word 2013, the default view for the print layout starts right at the top (like it is just beneath the ribbon toolbar) unlike Word 2010 where there is a header and footer space before you see the cursor starting
a few centimetres below the ribbon toolbar? Thanks!
Sounds like "white space" is hidden. Click File tab | Options | Display and make sure there is a check mark next to "Show white space between pages in Print Layout view."
