cursor appearance in word 2003

Word works just fine. All I need to do is change the appearance of the standard vertical bar "insert" cursor so that it's maybe thicker and more easily visible?

Sometimes I have trouble finding the slender vertical bar when I'm ready to click to insert text.

Thanks!

It would appear that Windows Vista has the same Ease of Access Center as Windows 7, so go to Start | Control Panel | Ease of Access Center and select "Make the computer easier to see." One of the options is to "Set the thickness of the blinking cursor."
