Guten Tag,

mit der Bitte um Support.

Seinerzeit habe ich mein MSN-Konto über mein Google Workspace Konto abgerufen

(ehemalige Domain: dennisopitz.com). Dieses Workspace Konto habe ich gekündigt bzw. deaktiviert und jetzt kommen keine E-Mails mehr an bei meinem MSN-Konto, weil anscheinend die Verknüpfung noch nicht aufgehoben ist.

Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today. If you cancelled the google account, it should not affect the Microsoft account. Can you log into your MSN account at outlook.live.com ? If so, and if you have the google account downloading mail from the msn account, change your password. If for some reason, google did not delete the account, it won't be able to connect if it doesn't have the correct password. If you try to sign in and the message says the address does not exist, its possible Microsoft closed the account. If you don't sign into the Microsoft account in more than 2 years, it will be deleted (closed for good). Once closed, addresses cannot be claimed or reclaimed, or otherwise reopened. Yes, i can log in into my MSN account and i just changed the password. Now i did send another test email to my msn adress but i did receive the same postmaster undeliverable email as before changing the password.

Switch to the View tab > View settings > Mail > Rules to check. also check in forwarding.
