Windows 1903 update failed with error code 0x8007000e

This morning I tried to update to Version 1903 of Windows 10.

The update failed with error code 0x8007000e. After the failure my video display was distorted.

In Device Manager both my Intel Graphics and Nvidia Geforce GT 540M are showing up as being faulty.

I deleted these items in Device Manager and then reinstalled them, they are still showing as faulty but at least my display is now working.

How do I fix these problems so that the update installs correctly?

Hi DaveM121

After satisfying myself that the video drivers were correctly installed I have performed an offline ISO update, which has successfully installed.

Thank you for the advice.
