This is a brand new machine with Windows 8.1 Pro installed. Every time you choose properties in Device Manager on any disk then select the volumes tab -> then select Populate I receive 4 errors in the Event logs stating the following. It doesn't matter whether the disk is a USB or a internal hard disk.
