To further understand your concern, may I know if you are able to install other apps from Microsoft Store? If not, then it can be that the issue is within your Microsoft Store. Please see the list of solutions provided in the link below.

But if not, please do try to update your Realtek drivers by going to Start > Key-in 'Device Manager' > expand 'Sound, video and game controllers' > Right click on 'Realtek' > select 'Update Driver'.

With regards to your concern, you may install the Realtek Universal Audio Driver, provided in this link below.

Simply expand On-Board Audio Drivers and download Realtek HD Universal Drivers.
