Office 365 Video isn’t available Your organization has turned Office 365 Video off for you.

Please firstly check the enabling status of Office 365 Videos referring to Disabling or re-enabling Office 365 Video section in this article.
 
Do you directly add the affected users or Everyone except external users group to the Viewers group? If you add the Everyone group, you may directly add some users to the Views group and then ask them to check the outcome.

hi tim, thanks for your response.

we have checked the status it is enabled.  

we tried adding the affected users directly and also tried everyone except external users group to the viewers group. and asked the users, but still the same result.

I'm also having an issue where we have enabled streaming video through Azure option selected but not even an admin can gain access to 365 video.

Could someone check our tenant please as I don't understand why we can't use this feature.
