Resident Evil 0 crashing problem

Good morning, I'm having problems on my Xbox s in the game Resident Evil 0 the same when it arrives in the first CG on top of the train where two cables joins and or on the train braking the same hangs the CG and shuts off from nothing and the control gets locked access already restored settings of Manufactures already downloaded the game again both in the internal HD and on the external and continues the same way and this problem so appears in this game other games are working normally

Known issue with this game. Sadly skipping cutscenes seems to be the only “fix”.
