Windows Update Error 0x80070422

Hi! I tried to update to the latest version of Windows, but I got error 0x80070422. When I tried to change Windows Update Service to Automatic, I couldn't change anything. I tried to run Services as administrator, but it said: "An Administrator block you from using this app." Someone, please help!
Are you running a Standard account? Who is the administrator?

Hi Varen, please try this:

Click your Start Button, type cmd, then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run the following commands, one at a time and hit Enter after each one:

SC config wuauserv start= auto
SC config bits start= auto
SC config cryptsvc start= auto
SC config trustedinstaller start= auto

Close Command Prompt and restart your PC

Upon restart try installing the update(s)
