Never even heard of smadav. Its website says "Smadav is an antivirus that is designed as additional (second layer) protection, so it's compatible and could be installed and run together with another antivirus in your PC." So what primary AV are you using?
Did smadav delete the supposed "script virus"? Perhaps you received an infected attachment and so it's flagging the Windows Mail app.
I suggest you scan your system with well-regarded anti-malware apps like Kaspersky and MalwareBytes instead. If you don't use the Windows Mail app you can also uninstall it using CCleaner.

It IS a virus, since i did not ask for it, and it is using (at times) at lot of resources and is not doing anything i need to be done.
The name is windowscommunicationsapps_16.4.4206.722_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
Not Windows_MailService or some normal name.
I do not use mail (in this system) so what the **** is this program busy with?
So maybe it is made by Microsoft, does not mean it categorizes as a (nasty) virus.
most important how to remove this?

It IS a virus, since i did not ask for it...
Answer-by-number:
1. Did the computer come with Win10 preinstalled, did you do a clean install of Win10, or did you upgrade a Win7 computer or a Win8.1 computer [<=PICK ONE!] to Win10?
2. Who manufactured the computer (e.g., Dell; HP; Acer; Lenovo; ASUS)?
3. Has a Norton application or a McAfee application EVER been installed on the computer since you bought it?
4. Have you ever run the Norton Removal Tool and/or the McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool?
5. What Version & OS Build of Windows 10 is currently installed?
