Does it have a link you are supposed to click on? Then it is spam or a scam.
Otherwise you will have to ask at Google as gmail is their product.
And if it is about you Microsoft account with gmail, they don't send messages about viruses to user. It would be onscreen from the Defender, with a lot more information otherwise.
An open mind doesn't mean that information is coming and going without leaving an impression.
