Thank you for posting your issue in Microsoft Community!
I understand that you accidently unpinned Desktop Menu Icon from start screen.
Please follow the steps to Pin the Desktop menu Tile in start screen.
a) Press windows + Q key
b) Type desktop
c) Right click on desktop and click on Pin to start option from the menu below.
I suggest you to Refer
Pin or unpin apps
