Get rid of ms-resource:appDisplayName

I can't get rid of ms-resource:appDisplayName in my Recently Added list.

If you need my computer name and version of Windows, it comes as follows.

Computer: Acer TravelMate B117-MP

Windows version: Windows 10 Home Insider Preview

I had also a corrupt tile named "ms-resource:appdisplayname". Nothing helped.

But this batch file worked for me:

@echo off
taskkill /f /im explorer.exe
taskkill /f /im shellexperiencehost.exe
timeout /t 3 /NOBREAK > nul
del %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\TempState\* /q
timeout /t 1 /NOBREAK > nul
start explorer
@echo on

Run with admin rights. It's from www.deskmodder.de.
