Window Xp recovery: Glue part error

I am using linux now, and i wanted to install window. However, after i format my harddisk, when i tried to install window xp with a recovery disk my manufacturer gave, an error come out.

This is what happened when i tried to install window xp:

First, i insert my window XP Home installation CD into my drive

Then, i boot my computer, the blue screen come out giving me 2 options

Option 1) start installing window xp ( i forgot the exact words but its something like that)

Option 2) Exit and return to DOS

Then, i chose option 1, i selected yes to everything then when it starts, these errors came up:

After i press any key, it bring me into MS DOS(i think so), with a line Exit from OEMSETUP.

I tried using fdisk and format tool at that time, but after trying many times i still had the same problem.

 

I also had another problem to ask, How do i make a window xp setup boot floppy on Linux?

Run fdisk and ensure that there is only one partition and that it is of the type Fat32

Then Run:

format c: /v:HDD

Then the following from the dos prompt of the First Master CD / floppy:

Q:\DRIVERS\TATTOO /CREATEHSFROMDMI
You'll have to press enter a couple times and then reboot

Start from the Master CD 1 Again and do the following:

Q:\EXTHS /RESTORE

This will ask you for all sorts of information on your system, some of it you'll be able to read from the back label, some of the information such as motherboard info you'll have to either look at the motherborad it self to determine or use their website here:http://support.packardbell.com/uk/mypc/ind...egoryId=20#show
