Let’s try these methods and check if it helps.
Method 1: Clear the print spooler service.
Step 1: Stop the spooler.
a. Click Start, click Run, type "services.msc" and hit Enter.
b. Scroll down to Print spooler.
c. Stop the print spooler service.
Step 2: Delete the spool files.
a. Click on Start and click on Run (Win Key + R)
b. Type C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ and hit enter.
c. Delete all of the files inside the folder.
Step 3: Restart the spooler.
a. Click Start, click Run, type "services.msc" and hit Enter.
b. Scroll down to Print spooler.
c. Start the print spooler service.
Method 2: Update the printer drivers and check.
