When I try and sign in to OneDrive i can't. I put in my email, then get a screen that says that becuase I am entering sensitive information, a code will be sent to my email address and I have to enter the code to go further. I regularly use simple vector files to achieve a custom bullet symbol. Today I noticed the appearance of these symbols is noticably rasterised when you save the document as PDF. PDF result:I've tried using PNG files as bullet images but the results are simillar.Using vectors or even pictures as custom bullet shapes used to produce clean results without visible rasterisation, this issue seems to have emerged since I last used it. Hello. I heavily use macro enabled document templates that are all forms. These are for medical reports.During patient interview, I work exclusively within the form fields. When generating a report from the result, I have to access both form fields and external text. So this means frequent locking and unlocking. I've had this error several times where a saved MS Word document with embedded chemdraw objects becomes corrupted and the objects cannot be edited.I've tried reinstalling office and reinstalling chemdraw and the problem persists. For no apparent reason, in Word none of my footnotes or endnotes take you to the note or back to the main body of the text when you click on the superscript note. This is the case for all of my Word documents. The notes do work when I send documents to others, on their computer. They also work on the browser version of Word. I have reinstalled Word on my MacBook, but that did not fix it. I cannot seem to find any other cause. Any help?

On April 22, 2025, my OneDrive cloud storage failed again… What the hell is going on with OneDrive? It seems that this is a problem with "microsoft" again. I tried everything I knew: I cleared cookies, cache, opened in different browsers, including "Microsoft Edge", deactivated and activated, logged out and logged in to OneDrive, but in vain. I waited a few days — the OneDrive still hasn't worked (and the question is, will it ever work?). My information site is paralyzed because of this… I can't log in to my other OneDrive storage at all — it says "Too Many Requests"! What the hell is this?

My account has been hacked and when I try to recover it says it doesn't exist. Help please!
