Microsoft 365 and Office

Hello! I have a problem where the restore point did not work because of OneDrive, I thought that it should be deleted and deleted its folders, but it did not work completely, ok I thought, but suddenly I needed OneDrive and it can not be deleted or restored anymore, because when I want to reinstall it, it tells me: delete the old OneDrive, but I can not do it anymore, does anyone know how to solve this?

I need a formula to work out time elapsed over days, but only during working hours eg:Start 21/4/25 13:00Finish 24/4/25 14:20But working hours are 9-5.30pm, so I only want to return the working hours between the start and finish times above. Is this possible?

I have a "bookkeeper" program. I have done a backup on to a thumb drive. I went to open it, and it wants a password. I tried the password I have on the program. but it is not what it is looking for??? It reads under "type" Microsoft Access Database. how do I open it? I have never seen/used this "access" before. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you.

When I buy my laptop it has pre-installed microsoft office professional 2013. Tomorrow i uninstall it and now I want to reinstall it I have my product id as well as product key, how can i do that?.

I would like to move a new email, opened in a window by itself, to another folder. If I have the email open, I have to close it and go back to the folder list of all the emails to highlight the one I just had open to move it to a folder. How can I take these actions for the email when I'm reading it in a full window? I should add that I don't want to move the email to the Archive (that is possible from the open window). I want to move it to a folder I have created. Thanks for any input!

I am having issues recovering the code sent to my Authenticator from my company's work account. It never shows up on the App, When I try to validate any security info or change passwords option it opens a new window/tab that tells me to check the code sent to App. But I never receive one, in the new window the only other option to select under the code area is the " more information" option which takes you to another window to read details on recovering your codes.After reading all the details, I am still unable to recover a code or make any changes to my company account!Please advise on how t

Hi I have a copilot license and issued a prompt within Excel using my Copilot icon. It gave me a great result. Now I want to save it to use repeatedly in the future. However when I hover over the prompt in the copilot side pane, it does not give me the bookmark icon to save my prompt; similar to how it does in Copilot Chatso my question is how to save a prompt while I am working within the Excel applicationthank you very muchCraig

Within the last month or so anytime I move files, in todays case 3 JPEGs, into my Personal Vault on my PC (Windows 11) the taskbar icon shows it is moving folders and gets stuck.It will sit there for an hour and then the vault will lock and I get the error that I need to unlock the vault to sync. I unlock the vault and usually the problems persists. Restarting OneDrive does not help.After I restart the PC or the same error about unlocking the vault will reappear. I have a pivot table which shows costs usually in $ but some sections need to be in £. The simplest approach I would think would be to have the pivot field .NumberFormats in $ while vba would change the CELL formats where needed to £. I have this working except that the setting of the CELL .NumberFormats is changing the .PivotField formats somehow.

Since the last change with Copilot, I can't download anything it generates. In fact, it crashes every time. I've changed all the settings and nothing helps. Please advise what you changed that has caused this issue? I didn't change anything.

Starting approximately a week ago (April 17, 2025) I began having problems in the Microsoft Word app for the desktop Mac OS. This seems to have coincided with an update. Just updated client's Office 365 subscription. Shows up when you login to their MS account. Try to update account in office and update license. Will not let us to this. Says it can't do it. Try again later.Have re-installed office, verified login info as correct. Everytime I log in it says it has run into a problem and needs to repair but it hasnt repaired or worked in weeks and i have to complete assignments on it. it wont give me enough time to click over to update it either.
