Microsoft 365 and Office

Purchased a new PC. Can't activate Office 365. Problem appears to be this, and I don't know how to correct it. Up until January 2025, I had EMAIL 1. This email shows both the old and new PC under devices. Email 1 also says 365 is a trial (my family subscription renewed January 2025). In January, for some reason, I changed to EMAIL 2. Email 2 shows only my old PC. Email 2, also, shows the subscription details and the 1/25 renewal. Because of these two conflicting emails, I'm not able to activate Office 365.Any suggestions on how to combine everything under one email address and to then

We recorded audio for each of our slides and realized one slide was not needed, so we cut and pasted the audio from old slide to new one. However when the slideshow is in Slide show mode, the audio does not play automatically, even though it has been selected to do so. How do we get this audio from the old slide to play on the new one while in slideshow mode?

There are many ways to share desktop Microsoft Access for multiple users' simultaneous access. I am not talking here about sharing MS Access in the same network. I need to share it among several users outside my network. What is the cost-effective solution that I can use, and how? I tried using SQL Server to share the MS Access tables, but kept having several technical problems, as some MS Access codes are not so compatible. Any idea what other solutions that I can use at a very low cost? I don't want to jump into expensive solutions. Any help?

Hi All,I am having issues with my Personal Vault on One Drive. Its giving me error that I have hit 3 files limit in the Personal Vault on One Drive. In order to use more than 3 files , I have to upgrade to a 1TB plan. I am already a part of the Family Subscription and have 1 TB of space. I have just used 46GB of 1TB. Support is barely able to help me. Best they could do was tell me to logout and login.I have uninstalled and reinstalled my One Drive, and after setting up the Personal Vault, I am seeing the same issue.On 1TB , I can save as many files on Vault but I cant do for some reason no

In February 2019 I purchased a perpetual copy of Office 2019 for Mac from the Microsoft store. I still have the product code. It appears that after a recent Office update that my Office applications have been disabled with a banner message “Action required: We’ve detected a one-time purchase licence and the app will be in reduced functionality mode.” I clicked the link to learn more and followed the instructions to uninstall Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint and downloaded / reinstalled the new Office 365 package. When opening up Word again there was a box to ‘activate’. This didn’t work.

I purchased an Office 2024 single use license via Groupon. I downloaded the software and entered the activation key, but when I went back into my computer it says it is unlicensed. I tried the activation key again and it says it is invalid. When I go to my installed apps it only shows the Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 software along with a Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office. I have only used the key on this computer so I'm not sure why the activation didn't stick and why it is saying I can't use the key on this computer. Thanks.

I have tried opening a .dwg file using Visio on my office laptop and keep getting the cannot open file due to possibly corrupt or unsupported file. I tried inserting the image of the error I got but this forum keeps failing to upload the image.

Suddenly have a folder "_Changed files" on my onedrive. It is malware or what, and when I saw the list on the folder, I surprise this many file old file listed on there.Can I Delete this folder or this folder is mandatory from onedrive?thank you

Initially, I wanted to change the Country in my organization settings. A Customer Support agent advised me to remove the current domain and create a new tenant. So, I changed the domain for my admin account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) from abc.com to abc.onmicrosoft.com.After doing that, I lost all access in https://admin.microsoft.com/. It keeps saying "This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin."
