Thanks Daniel - when I go to the Skydrive.live.com site the following error message comes up....

"Skydrive cannot connect to (My PC)".
"Fetching files on a PC running Windows 8.1 isn't supported...."

WTF!?  Microsoft sucks in the worst possible way.  I need this to be fixed ASAP so I can access my files.

Tanya

I hate to say this, but I cannot emphasize how distracting and terrible this service can be. I've lost 2 very important documents due to this error and it's at a point where I may have to switch to a different cloud and device.
