Microsoft 365 and Office

My Excel doesn't give me an option to customize my keyboard shortcuts. Do you know how I can do this? Were it should say Keyboard Shortcuts under the customize ribbon, mine doesnt give me this option.

Where is the option to disable auto-align/snap to grid in the web version of Powerpoint? I've looked up multiple guides and followed their instructions - none have worked, because the menu options described aren't available in the locations described.

I need to make a unique ID # for customers using the following: 1st letter last name, 3rd letter last name, 4th letter last name, #letters of last name (in 2 digits), first letter 1st name, *,9. For example: John Jacob Jingleman would be JNG09J*9. I can make it work individually, but can't figure out how to make it happen all put together and because the last name is 9 letter, I can't make it come back with 09.

I am unable to open up Microsoft Access (can't open in safe mode, admin mode, different windows users).I am trying to install 32-bit of Office 365 for enterprise on a WVD. I am currently have installed 16.0.18623.20208 installed on the machine. Funny thing is that the application removal tool is saying that I have 64-bit office installed instead of 32-bit installed. Whenever I open any of the office applications, it does show that it's 32-bit and not 64-bit, quite confusing. Using Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for Mac on MacOS 14.6.1 with an Office 365 subscription. The applications have all worked well for years. Suddenly this week each time I open one of the applications it requires me to activate my Office subscription and login. It seems that it is unable to remember my credentials. It's now becoming very frustrating. I've searched for solutions and tried a few things (eg deleting entries from Keychain) but it makes no difference. The PowerPoint file will not open. It used to open in safe mode, but it does not anymore. When I try and repair it can't repair it. The file opens on another computer. This is not the only file this computer and software have issues opening. How can I fix the software?

hi,ive paid for a full year subscription for personal 365 i want to upgrade to business and apply my bal to business since i cannot get a refund.

I've never encountered this issue before. I am in a transcript document. Any lines that I've put in myself are fine, but any line that were put in from the audio transcription is opening a browser page when hit the enter key. Help please.
