Hi. I had some folders shared from different users in my OneDrive account. I had added the folders to my OneDrive with Add Shortcut to OneDrive button from Shared folders in cloud. The account is logged into a windows pc and every files including the folders shared with my were syncing fine until yesterday. Yesterday night the shared folders were completely removed from the Windows pc and folders are replaced with internet shortcut. This is such a big mess. I have tried unlinking the account and linking it back, changing the location of OneDrive on my windows pc and tried to get a new folder

Had to make a post on an alternate account. My real account is stuck behind the account recover page. I fill out hte form and it says they will get back in 24 hours and it has been 72 hours and I tried again and still have not received an email as to whether the information was sufficient. i have a macro recording to insert a row, copy paste values in the row in Sheet 2. This saved data in sheet 2 is used through data validation. The macro works fine to record the data however when using the data with the standard $A$2:$A$1000 changes to $A$3:$1001 and having identified i opted for =OFFSET(sheet2!$A$2,0,0,COUNTA(sheet2!$A:$A),1) the formula changes to =OFFSET(sheet2!$A$3,0,0,COUNTA(sheet2!$A:$A),1)

I have a MS 365 Family Plan subsription. For years, I have relied on Acronis True Image to backup my computer because it was easy to recover files accidentally deleted, even years later. Now I realize that Acronis is no longer backing up any of the files in my Documents folder because I enabled OneDrive, not fully understanding that it would snatch all my files and send them to the cloud. Acronis won't back up files/folders that are stored in the cloud. I have attempted to change all the folders in Documents to "Keep on this device" but some of the little check mark circles refuse to switch

Hi I have IT support and a Windows 365 subscription with the IT Support Company. We have been unhappy for a while with their support, and their monthly fees have risen dramatically. I asked them to move us to another IT support company who would host our 365 as well. They refused, unless I paid them a very large amount of money. Since last year, I've been encountering the same issues with all shared folders. These folders were created by other accounts, which have granted me edit permissions. The problems are as follows:I can't synchronize shared folders with my OneDrive, neither online nor in File Explorer. Hello and good day to all,My OneNote app was having issues (drawing instantly closes the app) so i deleted and reinstalled the app to fix it, as the problem could be fixed previously and there was no issues of missing notes. However this time, some of my recent pages were missing. I have tried searching for them in the recycling bin but it was not found, my onedrive has full storage so it is possible the pages were not synced. How can i retrieve my missing pages?
