Microsoft 365 and Office

I cannot access my Microsoft One Drive files or photos on my iPhone 13 or my iPad (both OS 18.3) when I use the app for IOS. I have no problems accessing the content using the website browser, so I know all the content is there - but none of it is showing on the app. When I click on files in the app it says ""Your files folder is empty" (it's not!). When I click on photos I get a circle going round and round for ever, or sometimes I see a only a very tiny fraction of my photos (really, just a handful out of many thousands). A couple weeks ago my Microsoft 365 account ran out, and then got renewed. When it ran out, OneDrive dropped down to 5GB of space, and was correctly telling me that I was about 90GB over. Once the subscription was renewed (about 1-2 weeks ago now), the PC version still said I only had 5GB of total space. Presently, the PC app is still telling me that, but when I view OneDrive on the web it says the correct 1TB of total space. I've already tried unlinking and relinking my computer, and it hasn't helped in the slightest. Nothing I've seen online has helped thus far so I don't know what do to.

Excel tells me i need to activate 365 when i've already purchased office 2024 download. Same with Word. Can't edit or save files. HELP!!!

I have been experiencing an issue with the synchronization of shared OneDrive folders that started yesterday. I have tried contacting Microsoft support however I cant there is no direct way or even email to contact Microsoft support, I tried calling the AU number 5 times now I go through the automated steps and just goes blank for a few minutes then hangs up.I unfortunately go through a third part and I dont want to go through their support as the payment is directly through Microsoft so I end up in massive loop to try and contact Microsoft support.Any help would be appreciated.

I worked on my thesis until 5:30 pm last night and woke up today and worked from 12-6 then the doc went away and when it came back it said the last version was saved the previous day at 2:43pm. I lost HOURS of work and have tried everything it feels and nothing is making it come back. When i click on past versions sometimes it will show the word count at what it should be and then it will go back down. I looked while writing all these hours and it would say saved.

Onedrive online App.When opening my onedrive via webpage, the search function at the top is not working as before. Hey there, we recently put together a pretty basic template recently, just a few character and paragraph styles (text weight, color, alignment), but avoided creating any rules around numbered lists, as no matter what we tried the lists would become sequential so instead of "1,2,3 […] 1,2,3" we would get "1,2,3 […] 4,5,6". I am attempting to use Office Scripts in Excel and Word (Microsoft Office 365 home and personal running on Windows 10). In Excel Options > Customize Ribbon, I have the "Automate" option checked. But in the ribbon itself, I don't see the "Automate" tab (I do see the "Developer" tab). I am using the app (and prefer to use the app), but for completeness I don't see the "Automate" tab in the web version, either.Has anybody solved this problem? Thank you!
