I use OneNote for Mac 16.95.1 and on iPad, and I have always been able to search terms in printouts and images a few days after uploading them. I started a new notebook a few weeks ago, and so far the search hasn't been recognizing any PDFs or images, except for the first one I uploaded. Is there a way to fix this? I would like to move a new email, opened in a window by itself, to another folder. If I have the email open, I have to close it and go back to the folder list of all the emails to highlight the one I just had open to move it to a folder. How can I take these actions for the email when I'm reading it in a full window? I should add that I don't want to move the email to the Archive (that is possible from the open window). I want to move it to a folder I have created. Thanks for any input!

We use a lot of file sharing because my team needs to edit the same excel files. But today I found that the same file has been moved to different folders for each of our accounts?It seems like Onedrive, Shared, Add to my OneDrive is no longer available. We now have "Add shortcut to My files" instead. This is just a short cut that opens a browser and let us access files from there... Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

We've been locked out of our MS Store account due to forgotten sign-in credentials. I have tried to verify our identity and unlock using the MS instructions, providing detailed information 5 times, WITH NO RESPONSE FROM MS. There seems to be no other remedy. I've had this error several times where a saved MS Word document with embedded chemdraw objects becomes corrupted and the objects cannot be edited.I've tried reinstalling office and reinstalling chemdraw and the problem persists. I don't understand how such a bad problem has not been fixed yet. This has caused me to lose a lot of progress on several documents and is completely unacceptable.
