Where are the "E-mail" and "Address" quick parts in MS Word 2013?

I'm not trying to download any templates actually.

What I was wondering about is...

Some of the cover pages under the Insert tab in Word 2013 have Quick Parts (or fields) that are labeled "Address" or "Email". 

But when I go to the Quick Parts menu to insert such Quick Parts for my own custom made cover page on a blank page, I don't see them. All I can find is "Company Address" and "Company E-mail".

I don't really know how much clearer I can make myself. I apologize if I'm not making much sense. But thank you so much for your help. 

Can you give an example of specific templates that include the Address and Email fields? I'm guessing you'll have to create custom document properties and map them to content controls. See http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/word_tip_pages/mapped_content_controls.html.

Note, however, that Greg says that alternate titles can be assigned to the built-in document properties, and that may be all you need to do: use the built-in Company Address and Company E-mail under different names (as described at http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html#Content_Controls).
