WHAT DOES IT MEAN OFFICE IS BUSY

i AM a full time student online and tend to need my office.  how long is it going to be offline or busy and why is it busy..ugh

Some users have found they got this message when updates had not been fully installed because a Windows restart was required. Have you tried restarting Windows?
