Microsoft 365 and Office

There are many ways to share desktop Microsoft Access for multiple users' simultaneous access. I am not talking here about sharing MS Access in the same network. I need to share it among several users outside my network. What is the cost-effective solution that I can use, and how? I tried using SQL Server to share the MS Access tables, but kept having several technical problems, as some MS Access codes are not so compatible. Any idea what other solutions that I can use at a very low cost? I don't want to jump into expensive solutions. Any help?

For the last 2 days onedrive has not been able to search.

Recently I have been having issues with copying anything from OneNote and pasting it into another application such as a web browser. I have found that if I paste it into notepad it works, and then I could copy from there, but that becomes quite frustrating and time-consuming. It keeps failing to upload the screenshot, so I will be very descriptive and have hope. I was sent an email with direct access to a folder in One Drive. I clicked on the link and was directed to my online one drive Shared folder and then clicked on the Add shortcut to My Files but got the message 1 shortcut wasn't added. I proceeded to check if the folder $CONTRACTS was in my Shared Folder but it was not in the folder. Ive unlinked the OneDrive on my PC and Signed in again but to no luck. I can't access any files on my onedrive either online, phone's app or Pc app. I still can log in to my onedrive account just fine, i can even find and see my files but just can't access any of them. Many files are missing, especially photos and music files. I've reset OneDrive several times. All the folders I want viewable are checked on both computers. I've unlinked and linked the new laptop. I am running the most current version of OneDrive. Some of the folders have only one or two file where there are many more when viewed on the old PC. From my Iphone I can view more files than I can on the laptop, but all of them still don't show on the phone either. I would think there has to be a solution to this as I see many other folks have had the problem without resolution. Thank you.

My account got hacked, the hackers hacked my sim card then were able to log into my account changing the number to theirs. The live chat agent confirmed the number change, ip address change and behaviour changeI filled in 2 account recovery forms and got the reply it wasn't enough to confirm my identity. I am using a previously functioning excel spreadsheet that I have added information to. When I select the sum function to get a total of multiple cells, the number will not display. I have tried selecting each cell individually and well by group. When I select the cell afterwards it displays the correct formula on the screen, but not the result of the calculation. It will display the total from a vertical sum function, but not a horizontal sum function? I have done this many times to get cross checks on my totals, but it will not work today, very strange.
