Track Changes Doesn't Recognize me As a New Editor

Word 2013.

I was forwarded a document that was created by User 1, then edited by User 2, then edited by User 1.

Both User's additions are showing in Green, and both User's deletions are showing in Red.

Is there a setting to I can see the specific changes that Uswer 2 made?  And then the specific changes that User 1 made?

And, if I may changes, have my edits show in different colors?

Answer
Answer

In the Tracking group on the Review toolbar, click the dialog launcher (the small arrow in the bottom right corner). In the Track Changes Options dialog, click Advanced Options... Is the color for Insertions and Deletions set to "By author"? That's the setting that's required to show different colors for different reviewers. Of course, if the document is "scrubbed" when saved (using the Document Inspector), then all reviewers will be identified as "Author," and all the colors will be the same.
